Portable Ventilation & Cooling · Wearable ACActivCooling™ Helmet A cooler head, all shift.
A certified safety helmet with a solid-state cooling unit built in. It blows cooled air over the scalp, eyes and ears, switches to heating in winter, and runs up to 8 hours on a waist battery or 2 hours on a built-in one.
Two batteries, two visors, four codes
Every ActivCooling helmet has the same cooling unit and certified shell.

Helmet colour: white hat with grey cooling unit, or yellow hat with red unit. Tell us which in your enquiry.
Cooled air where heat hits hardest
ActivCooling is a wearable air conditioner built around a certified hard hat, not a fan clipped onto one.
Air in
A fan draws air into the cooling unit on the back of the helmet.
Solid-state cooling
A bismuth-tellurium thermoelectric module chills the air. No compressor, no refrigerant gas, no water.
Cool air out
4 CFM of cooled air circulates over the scalp, eyes and ears, inside the shell and behind the visor.
Heat out
The module's hot side vents through the exhaust, away from the head.

Three buttons, no app
- Long-press MODE to switch the unit on or off
- Short-press MODE to toggle between low (15 W) and high (22 W) cooling
- HEAT reverses the module for 22 W of heating on cold mornings and winter shifts
- Four-LED gauge shows charge in 25 % steps; the bottom LED blinks below 10 %, and the unit switches itself off when the battery is flat
Charge only with the supplied 12.6 V charger. The helmet can't be worn while it's charging.
Built for heat you can't air-condition
Designed for ambient temperatures of 40–60 °C, where workers lose focus and pace to the heat.
Steel, foundry & process plants
Furnace floors and hot bays where ambient air sits above 40 °C.
Heavy industryTraffic & outdoor duty
Junction duty and patrols in direct sun. Pair with the tinted visor.
Police & municipalTowers, substations & panels
Telecom and power crews working in sun with no shade to retreat to.
UtilitiesConstruction & warehouses
Roofing, steel erection and tin-roof sheds where ventilation can't reach.
SitesConfined, poorly ventilated work
Places where split ACs or wall fans can't be installed.
MaintenanceWinter shifts
The same helmet heats at 22 W when temperatures drop.
Year-round

Proven on steel floors and traffic junctions
“The helmets changed how our teams approached summer shifts. Operators no longer rushed tasks just to get out of the heat. Safety improved, and so did morale.”Ashok Kumar, Plant Safety Manager, steel plant in Gujarat
Also deployed with traffic police at Hyderabad junctions. Read the traffic police story →
